If you can't find the answer to your question in the below list of frequently asked questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We would love to hear from you.
At this stage you simply send us an email, give us a call and one of our team members will advise you on the next steps. Normally, this entails:
1. Decide on a destination and dates.
2. Receive a booking confirmation with all necessary booking details including a deposit invoice.
3. Pay your deposit and fill out a booking form to secure your spot.
4. Start training and get excited for your upcoming mountain bike trip.
Each of our destinations has different characteristics and challenges. We recommend you read about each specific destination that you are interested in. We also have our skill and fitness assessment that is worth taking a look at. If you're still feeling unsure don't hesitate to contact us directly and we'll talk it out.
We have partnered with bike shops in each of our destination who offer high quality rental bikes for enduro mountain biking or electric mountain biking purposes. The bikes have full suspension with 150-170mm travel to guarantee you get the most out of the days spent on the trails.
Absolutely! We organise both enduro mountain bike tours as well as electric mountain bike tours. Depending on what trip you sign up to, we will arrange the itinerary to suit each specific riding style.
Not a problem. We always have a couple of group trips to each destination where anyone can join (as long as you are at the required level of mountain biking). If we are already fully booked for your preferred dates, please let us know as there is always an option for us to put you on a waitlist or open up some additional dates.
No need to bring basic spare parts such as tyres, tubes, spokes, brake pads etc. unless you want to as we have a good relationship with the local bike shops at each destination and can normally arrange additional parts should you need it. However, if you are aware that your bike uses a very specific part, such as a unique dérailleur hanger or similar, we do recommend to bring that with you.
Absolutely! We love challenges, no matter how small, so please just let us know if there is anything we can do to make your trip a bit extra special.
Since we, the three founders of LeRipp, are all Swedish we abide by one of our more famous sayings "Det finns inget dåligt väder, bara dåliga kläder". This basically means “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing”. As you can imagine this results in us always getting on our bikes, no matter what mother nature throws at us.
Your health and safety is our number one priority. Therefore, all of our guides are professional mountain bike guides that know the routes we ride by heart. They are educated and equipped for first aid assistance and always have a plan for evacuation should it be necessary.
We also work together with Global Rescue whose products cover everything from milder illnesses to helicopter rescue. Please see our travel insurance page for more information regarding their services. We also recommend that you contact your private insurance company to know exactly what your current plan covers.
Normally we do not book any flights, but we are more than happy to recommend the most suitable connections and point you in the right direction. If you want to look at different options and compare prices we recommend having a look at KAYAK.
